MentionPilot

MentionPilot is a brand monitoring and mention tracking platform designed to help marketers, PR professionals, agencies, brand managers, and businesses stay informed about what people are saying about their brands online. Positioned as a modern alternative to Google Alerts, MentionPilot makes it easier to discover relevant mentions across Google, YouTube, and Reddit without having to manually search for them every day. By combining automated monitoring, advanced filtering, analytics, and email reporting, the platform gives businesses a simple way to keep track of their online presence and respond to important conversations faster.

With MentionPilot, users can create alerts for specific brand names, keywords, products, companies, or topics they want to monitor. The platform automatically checks Google, YouTube, and Reddit on a daily basis and collects relevant results in one centralized dashboard. Geographic targeting is also available, allowing users to monitor mentions from specific countries. This can be particularly useful for companies operating in multiple markets or marketing teams that need to understand how their brand is being discussed in different regions.

One of the platform's key advantages is its advanced filtering system. Instead of overwhelming users with every possible result, MentionPilot allows them to exclude unwanted keywords, domains, social networks, and their own profiles. These filtering options help reduce irrelevant results and make it easier to focus on mentions that could actually matter to the business. This is especially valuable for professionals managing multiple brands, clients, campaigns, or products at the same time.

MentionPilot also provides analytics for tracked mentions. Users can view total mention counts, activity trends, source breakdowns, and authority ratings that categorize mentions as HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW. Authority scoring helps users quickly identify potentially influential sources and prioritize which conversations deserve attention. The platform also supports exporting up to 50,000 mentions as CSV files, with options to filter results by date, source type, or favorites, making the collected data easier to analyze or use in other workflows.

For teams and agencies, MentionPilot includes collaboration features that allow users to create multiple teams and invite members by email. Alerts can be shared with team members so everyone can work from the same information. The platform also delivers professional HTML email digests on a daily or weekly basis, providing convenient summaries that teams can quickly review without constantly opening the monitoring dashboard.

Another important aspect of MentionPilot is its pricing model. The platform offers a free plan with no credit card requirement, making it easy for users to test the service before committing. Paid plans start at $20 per month for individual users, while higher-tier plans provide additional alerts, users, and teams for freelancers, small businesses, agencies, and larger organizations. This makes MentionPilot an accessible option for businesses that want more powerful brand monitoring capabilities without paying the high prices associated with many enterprise monitoring platforms.
