Candor

Candor is a synthetic user research platform that makes it possible to conduct user research faster and more frequently, at a fraction of the cost. Every synthetic user created by Candor is grounded in evidence. Conduct various interviews to test pain points, ideas, concepts, solutions, value propositions, pricing and more.

Features: • Evidence-Grounded Synthetic Participants: Build synthetic users from published research, web data and your own customer evidence, not just an AI prompt. • Bring Your Own Research: Upload interviews, surveys, support tickets, market research and internal documents to make participants more representative of your specific audience. • Automated Audience Research: Describe the people you want to understand and Candor researches the population, identifies relevant segments and gathers supporting evidence. • Adaptive AI Interviews: Interviews follow the conversation instead of rigidly asking every participant the same questions, probing unexpected answers and interesting themes as they emerge. • Actionable Research Reports: Candor synthesizes interviews into clear findings, disagreements and recommended next steps, with full transcripts available to inspect the underlying conversations. • Evidence Provenance: See what evidence sits behind participant attributes and research signals, making it easier to distinguish grounded information from derived or assumed information.
